CPR Pasadena
Terms of service
These terms apply when you book a class with CPR Pasadena. A seat is reserved once your booking is confirmed and paid in the booking system. Your AHA card or Red Cross certificate is issued by that organization after you pass. Arrive 10 minutes early with a photo ID, and reschedule free before your class time.
Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and CPR Pasadena, the in-person CPR and first aid training classroom at 40 N Altadena Dr, Pasadena, California.
Booking a class
A seat is reserved when your booking is confirmed and paid in the CPR Syndicate booking system. You will receive a confirmation with your course, date, time and location. If anything in it looks wrong, reply to the confirmation or text us and we will fix it.
The online part
All three courses are blended. For the AHA courses the online part is sold separately by the American Heart Association and bought from the AHA. For the Red Cross course the online part is included with your booking. Complete it before your skills session.
Certification
CPR Pasadena teaches American Heart Association and American Red Cross courses. Certification cards are issued by those organizations after you successfully complete the course. Passing the course is required; showing up alone does not guarantee a card.
Arriving and participating
Please arrive 10 minutes early with a photo ID. CPR training is physical: you will practice compressions on the floor, so wear comfortable clothes. If a medical condition limits your participation, tell the instructor before class and we will accommodate where the certifying organization's requirements allow.
Rescheduling
Plans change. You can reschedule to another available class at no charge through the booking system or by texting us before your class time. The refund policy covers refunds, late arrivals and retests.
Promotions
Promotional codes apply only where offered, cannot be combined, and have no cash value. The amount you pay is shown in the booking system before you pay.
Liability
Training involves physical activity undertaken at your own risk. To the extent permitted by California law, CPR Pasadena is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from attendance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

FAQ
Terms: quick answers
Who issues my certification card?
The certifying organization. AHA cards come from the American Heart Association, and Red Cross certificates come from the American Red Cross, after you pass the course.
What should I bring to class?
A photo ID, proof that you finished the online part, and clothes you can kneel in, because you practice compressions on the floor. Arrive 10 minutes early.
